Planning poker
Make a room, send the link, estimate. Cards stay face down until the facilitator reveals them.

How a round goes
- The facilitator opens a story — typed in, or pulled from Jira.
- Everyone plays a card. You can see who has voted, never what.
- All cards flip at once, so nobody anchors on a teammate's number.
- The highest and lowest voters speak first. That gap is the whole reason the exercise exists.
- Re-vote if it helps, then the facilitator records the estimate.
Stuck on whether something is a 3 or a 5? Open the calibration examples — real tickets your team already sized — from inside the round, without losing your card.
